Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798). The arbitration shall take place in Accra, Ghana, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil disturbances, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by HiTex EdiTex on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Site.
