Adwoa Ofosua Onomah

Personnel and Payroll

Adwoa Ofosua Onomah serves as a valued member of HiTex EdiTex, serving as the human resources chief since January 2023, where she focuses on employee development, operational efficiency, and organizational compliance. Previously, she had been with the writing and formatting team since November 2019, being one of the earliest staff members (employee no. 2). She believes strongly in investing in employees as the foundation for both individual growth and the company’s long-term success.

Her role involves assessing training needs, creating professional development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning, while also ensuring accurate and transparent payroll management aligned with legal standards and best practices.

Prior to joining HiTex EdiTex, she served as Operations Director at NADMO, New Juaben South. Adwoa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rural and Community Development from Presbyterian University, Ghana, and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast. 

She hails from Tutu-Akuapem and has also lived in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. She currently resides in Koforidua, with her husband and two daughters.
